That data is held on secure servers for the use of payroll for the duration of production, at which time the digital data is erased and any printed documentation held by production accounts is securely archived and destroyed, once out of audit timeframes. The data we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies, we will delete or correct it promptly.
